When a session is booked, a pre-authorization is made on the card, which means you're guaranteed to get paid for the session. You can also set availability times, so that if one of your clients needs help unexpectedly, they can call you directly. You can bill the time you spend helping your customer by the minute, from the moment they click on "Call now". A pre-authorization is then made and you receive the money at the end of the call.
